Which Size Do I Need?
- ID2 OD3 (Inner ø2mm, Outer ø3mm) — Standard Bowden tube for 1.75mm filament. Fits most printers with a 3mm OD fitting: Creality Ender 3, Ender 5, CR-10, Elegoo Neptune 2/3 series, and most budget Bowden-style FDM printers.
- ID2 OD4 (Inner ø2mm, Outer ø4mm) — For 1.75mm filament with a 4mm OD fitting. Used in some newer Creality and other printers with larger couplings. Check your hotend coupling before ordering.
- ID4 OD6 (Inner ø4mm, Outer ø6mm) — For older 3mm (2.85mm) filament printers. Less common today but used in some Ultimaker and older RepRap setups.
- ID1.9 OD4 Blue (Inner ø1.9mm, Outer ø4mm) — Premium tight-tolerance PTFE (Capricorn-style). The narrower 1.9mm inner bore reduces filament play for more precise retraction and better performance with flexible filaments like TPU. Great upgrade for direct drive setups.
When Should You Replace Your PTFE Tube?
- Brown or discolored inner bore (heat damage)
- Increased stringing or under-extrusion
- Visible cracks or deformation near the hot end
- After switching to high-temperature filaments (above 240°C) repeatedly

Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 3 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Shipping
We can ship to any address in India. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to destinations.
