Return Policy We have a 3-days return policy, which means you have 3-days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. For products covered by Brand Warranty, please contact brand / manufacturer for any return/replacement/refund queries or issues. Exceptions / non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned, like consumable goods (such as Filament, Resin, or Nozzles etc), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items or printed parts on demand). Delivery www.diy3d.in / Akhilam Enterprise provides an estimated delivery date for standard or express delivery as suggested by courier partners. We are not responsible for any delay delivery and no refund of shipping charges will be provided in any case. Buyer should track the shipment on respective courier websites regular basis for delivery updates. Any claims for non-receipt of the packages will not be entertained after 24 hours of shipment package marked as Delivered by courier companies on their database / website. Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Exchanges Item is not exchanged if the correct product shipped. Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. For not approved cases, product will be shipped back to buyer at buyer’s cost.
